Carola Eggeling was born in Rostock. She lives and works in Neuss and in Deia, Mallorca (Spanien).

Carola works along the parameters of classical sculpture.

Her works are about dimensions and directions,

volume and reduction, but also the physical aspect of movement.

Strict lines meet freely formulated shapes.

Deviating movements thwart the naturalness 

and changes of direction in space.
