Everything begins with drawing – at times, this initial impulse transforms into another idea, where form and material intersect and find new coherence.

In this exhibition, five contemporary artists unfold a captivating panorama of the medium of paper – exploring its multiplicity, fragility, and conceptual depth. Through drawing, collage, and object-based works, they reveal how paper serves as a site of experimentation: simultaneously sensual and analytical, intuitive and reflective.

Between line, surface, and space emerges a dialogue in which paper is no longer a passive support but an active agent – a medium that embodies expression rather than merely representing it. The works oscillate between intimacy and concept, between gesture and structure. They interrogate drawing as an immediate form of thought – raw, unfiltered, and direct.

Each mark becomes the trace of a cognitive process, a disclosure of an inner landscape. The works on view not only open new perspectives on the act of drawing, but also invite us to perceive paper itself as a vessel of time, movement, and imagination.

What unfolds here is more than an image: it is a universe of its own – fragile, condensed, and open.
